Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Frontend Developer (Russian speaker) in Europe. In this role, you will join a fully remote, internationally distributed engineering team building a high-impact platform used by thousands of brands worldwide. You will collaborate daily with developers, QA, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to design and deliver modern, scalable frontend features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test new features and frontend components, including UI kits, integrations with platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and analytics-related functionality.
• Write clean, scalable, cross-browser-compliant code using modern frontend tools and frameworks.
• Participate in reducing technical debt through refactoring, improving maintainability, and strengthening performance.
• Develop technical specifications, documentation, and architectural proposals.
• Contribute to product hypothesis testing and platform evolution with a strong focus on business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely within an Agile environment, taking part in standups, demos, retrospectives, and other team activities to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
• Work with product, design, and engineering peers to support continuous improvement and high-quality user experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer and deep expertise in JavaScript development (SPA or SSG).
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and Webpack.
• Experience with Relay or Apollo, as well as excellent layout skills for responsive and cross-browser interfaces.
• Solid debugging skills and the ability to work effectively with existing and unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience with unit and integration testing and involvement in architectural decision-making.
• Strong discipline in code quality, documentation, and adherence to team standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and contribute constructively in a remote, multicultural team.
• High level of English (C1/C2).
• Bonus: Russian language skills.
