Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Growth Manager in Slovenia. This role is a high-impact, hands-on position responsible for driving the agency’s growth strategy end-to-end—from lead generation to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the overall growth strategy, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
- Experiment with, monitor, and scale growth channels such as paid media, outbound campaigns, SEO, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain lightweight CRM and automation workflows to support outreach, follow-up, and lead tracking.
- Collaborate with internal team members on targeting, list building, and campaign execution.
- Analyze funnel performance and campaign data to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and ensure the agency remains at the forefront of growth tactics.
- Act independently as a one-person growth function, ensuring accountability and execution without direct reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally within B2B or agency environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Lemlist) and paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign and funnel data to make actionable decisions.
- Creative, outcome-oriented mindset with experience iterating on growth systems and processes.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first environment across multiple time zones.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
