Job Summary

Spreetail/BBE is seeking a Head of Growth & Operations at Buy Box Experts to own revenue growth and operational excellence in one of the most competitive marketplaces on the planet. In this role reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll drive sales strategy, refine processes, and lead a high-performing team to deliver transformative client results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute growth strategies to expand the client base and revenue, identifying high-potential verticals, partnerships, and services while managing the BD pipeline with a performance-driven culture.
  • Partner with SDR and Marketing to maintain a consistent flow of high-quality leads and convert them into long-term client relationships.
  • Assess, refine, and scale operational workflows to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence, ensuring alignment between sales promises and execution.
  • Implement data-driven reporting, KPIs, and streamlined processes to track performance, drive accountability, and foster continuous improvement across teams.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while serving as the connective link between sales, operations, and leadership to align priorities and deliver results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, operations, or business leadership, ideally in e-commerce, Amazon, or marketplace services, including hands-on business development within Amazon’s advertising ecosystem.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue, optimizing operations.
