Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager (f/m) to join our Reward department based in Marignane, France. The job holder will lead the design, implementation, and management of our compensation and benefits programs for a transnational division within our large, global group. This pivotal role will ensure our reward strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and local market practices across multiple countries.

Your challenges:
- Strategy & Design: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies and programs for the transnational division, ensuring alignment with global HR strategy and local market competitiveness. This includes base pay, variable pay (bonuses, incentives), long-term incentives, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and other perquisites aligned with the Group strategy.
- Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct ongoing market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure the division’s compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and attractive to top talent across all relevant geographies. Utilize data-driven insights to recommend adjustments and improvements.
- Program Management & Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of all compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient processing. This includes managing relationships with external vendors (brokers, actuaries, plan administrators) and internal stakeholders.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with regulations.
