Job Summary
A Sonar HR Operations Specialist is the critical engine that enables our global workforce and rapid company scaling. This role transforms complex, multinational labor laws into standardized, automated system controls within our HRIS (BambooHR), ensuring flawless processing, benefits accuracy, and statutory compliance across every region. You will directly own the integrity of our global employee data, mitigate high-risk legal exposure (such as misclassification penalties), and streamline the entire employee lifecycle—from a seamless first day to their final exit. Your work ensures that our entire HR organization can remain strategic and efficient, allowing us to continue our aggressive growth trajectory globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Global Onboarding: Execute the daily, end-to-end digital onboarding workflow for new hires across all countries, ensuring accurate data entry into the HRIS and immediate compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Audit Data Integrity: Run daily reports to proactively identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing data points (e.g., job titles, organizational hierarchies, or local ID numbers) within the HRIS.
