A Day in The Life Of:
- Collaborate with HR leaders and key partners to identify process deviations, align priorities, and drive buy-in for standardization initiatives
- Define clear KPIs to measure the success of standardization efforts, regularly track progress, and drive accountability for meeting operational targets
- Analyze and document current HR processes, uncovering opportunities for simplification, consistency and automation to enhance employee and manager experiences
- Deliver streamlined program management by establishing straightforward governance structures, clear documentation, and simple decision-making processes to enable efficient execution of standardization initiatives
- Apply operational excellence methodologies to map workflows, measure outcomes, and implement continuous improvements
- Communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and maintaining momentum toward a future-ready, efficient HR services organization
Key Skills & Experience
- Level 8 degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate across HR, business leaders, and cross-functional partners
- Expertise in designing, documenting, and implementing consistent HR processes across complex organizations
- Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and process optimization
- Experience leading large-scale change initiatives, building buy-in, and navigating resistance
- Ability to assess the broader impact of process changes and align initiatives with organizational goals
