Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR Support Specialist who thrives on building strong teams and fostering growth. With a knack for employee relations, payroll administration, and policy implementation, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides assistance, consultation and customer service in all HR areas with primary focus on employee information and systems.
- Serves as a member of the HR team and assists with: Recruitment, Affirmative Action, Records and Retention, Service Awards, and Onboarding.
Requirements
- Two years of human resources clerical-support experience directly assisting human resources professionals in the administrative functions of a human resources program.
- -OR- Three years progressively responsible administrative, clerical or record-keeping support experience.
- College-level course work may substitute for the general experience requirement based on 45-quarter units per year.
- The State Certified Human Resources Professional (SCHRP) certification substitutes for six months of human resource professional-level experience.
