Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance and manage enterprise identity and access management (IAM) systems, ensuring secure and compliant access across multiple platforms. You will focus on access governance, identity lifecycle management, and risk mitigation while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute user access certifications (UACs) for in-scope systems to maintain SOX and SOC compliance.
• Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to gather evidence and conduct walkthroughs.
• Define roles and entitlements aligned with business needs and security standards.
• Enhance IAM controls across access requests, administration, termination monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Participate in design sessions, UAT testing, and process documentation for continuous improvement.
• Act as an IAM subject matter expert, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to respond to incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Work cross-functionally to coordinate IAM activities supporting strategic initiatives and regulatory readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in access administration across on-premises, cloud, and third-party applications.
• Strong knowledge of IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow, NERM, BeyondTrust, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and advanced Excel for reporting and automation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
