Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and independent Test Engineer. Our high speed buses & network products are leading in the markets with innovative ways to improve speed and bandwidth from one generation to another. Today, we are increasingly known as the place for getting “End-to-End High-Speed Ethernet and InfiniBand Solutions.” We’re looking to grow our company and build our teams with smart people who can join us at the forefront of technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• IC Test definition & development (including test/HW debug)
• Designing and improving factory test plans (to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield)
• Ensure scalable testing & manufacturing for high speed interfaces
• Direct our local and overseas manufacturing teams to transition new products to factories

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience
• Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• High self-learning skills
• High execution quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Background with IC test development
• Experience with UltraFlex or/and other IC testers
