Job Summary
This position is for an Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate with American Health Holdings Medical Management Customer Service Department. The job is part of a fast-paced environment in which high level customer service is a must. Promotes/ supports quality effectiveness of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high level customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Promote and support quality effectiveness of healthcare services.
Requirements
- 1+ years of call center experience.
- 1+ years of medical/healthcare experience.
- 1+ years of data entry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2-4 years’ experience as a medical assistant, office assistant or other medical role experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills to coordinate service delivery.
- Computer literacy to navigate through internal/external computer systems.
- Effective communication, telephonic, and organization skills.
Education
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
