Job Summary

Assist in the implementation of emergent Intelligence Community (IC) Strike and Targeting training capabilities. Assist with training development functions and analysis of Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint training publications to identify potential revisions needed to legacy curriculum material. Work with key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are embedded across institutional, operational, and self-development domains. Execute the implementation of training strategies and learning concepts. Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues. Build critical training materials for advanced learners who are motivated to grow their skills. Be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team producing highly sophisticated, technical, hands-on training solutions to meet the mission and time-critical needs of our client. Utilize operational expertise to foster a team environment of learning, progress, and excellence, and help build the next generation of IC Strike and Targeting experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of training capabilities.
• Analyze training publications for curriculum revisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed training initiatives.
• Execute training strategies and learning concepts.
• Develop training materials for advanced learners.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Intelligence Strike or Targeting support.
• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development.
• 3+ years of experience developing performance-based technical training.
• 1+ years of experience on an afloat tour as an Intelligence Specialist.
• Experience using Content Planning Module (CPM) and MOODLE.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
