Be part of the team that connects rigorous technical design to the future of air travel. The Payloads Organization within Boeing Commercial Aircraft is seeking Integration Engineers (Associate and Experienced) to join our 777X and 787 Programs teams in Everett, WA.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements verification, management and validation.
- Manages or integrates a portfolio of engineering projects in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Understands standard engineering practices, interface definition, design development, requirements management, engineering documentation, and option structure.
- Directs engagement working with external stakeholders and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science from an accredited course of study, in engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering or equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, including design, integration, and/or certification or equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience.
- Experience leading a cross-functional team.
- Understanding Systems Engineering & Safety Engineering principles and practices, including Certification, Requirements, Development Assurance, etc.
- Knowledge of systems architecture and fault tree architecture.
- Ability to quickly interpret & understand system design & functionality and how it integrates into the aircraft.
