Job Summary

The Interim Senior Operations Specialist – Business Development is a key figure in the relationships we have with our current and incoming boutiques and brands partners. The Business Development team builds and nurtures relationships with luxury boutiques & brands in Fashion, Jewellery & Watches, Kids, Homeware, Eyewear, Vintage selling via the different channels that the Farfetch Platform offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft contract and manage new contract versions.
  • Track and action contract renewals, terminations and help in the management of contractual relationships with internal teams (Finance, Partner Service/Success).
  • Provide team support on various company projects with a strong contractual and operational lens.
  • Work with the Legal, Internal Control and Audit teams.
  • Keep accurate records of the worldwide database of contracts liaising with the wider BD team (EMEAR, USA, Australia, APAC, Japan) and improve it when necessary.
  • Prepare and communicate regular business updates on global new signings, renewals, terminations.
