Job Summary

We’re looking for motivated students to join our team starting in January/February 2026 for a spring co-op or internship. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and device setup.
• Help maintain asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor and triage basic security alerts and incidents.
• Support vulnerability assessments and patch management processes.
• Assist with access control reviews and security audits.
• Help develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and playbooks.
• Participate in IT infrastructure and security-related projects.
• Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Assist in implementing improvements to streamline operations and provide application support.
• Maintain detailed records of issues, solutions, and procedures.
• Generate basic reports on system performance and security events.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT fundamentals, including networking, operating systems, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with security concepts such as authentication, authorization, and endpoint protection.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, or Linux environments.
• Exposure to security tools such as antivirus software.
