Job Summary

Client/Stakeholder Management Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations. Ensure warehouse is always in clean, orderly and tidy condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of related suppliers on site to ensure they deliver products as required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)
• Raise PO, follow up & tracking spending, invoices – log match invoice into the system
• Forecast consumption on monthly basis based on current situation
• Assist in financial processes to ensure that all expenditures of consumables are closely with monthly forecast
• Ensure prompt and accurate recording of ordered or consumed quantity in the system
• Ensure quantity of items in stock is always correlative with records
• Reconcile data of On Demand projects
• Monitor supplier’s performance on distribution of consumables to client to ensure they comply with company’s requirements
• Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
• Coordinate with pantry staff to ensure that pantry, vending machine (if any) and stationaries items are always in stock
