About the Role

As an IT Operations Specialist I (P2), you will provide essential onsite IT support to employees and assist with daily IT operations at our corporate office. This role is fully onsite at our Bengaluru Office, 5 days a week, and ensures that employees have a smooth and reliable technology experience. You will help maintain IT systems, support conference room technology, and provide hands-on assistance for devices and user requests. This role reports to the IT Operations Manager and works closely with the IT Service Desk, IT Operations Support team, and the Places & Office team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the onsite IT support resource, responding to employee requests and incidents.
  • Ensure conference rooms, IT systems, and shared office equipment are functioning properly.
  • Assist with IT asset management, including device provisioning, check-in/check-out, and tracking.
  • Partner with IT and Security teams to follow access control and compliance policies.
  • Provide setup and basic troubleshooting for conference room AV technology and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Assist with small to mid-sized corporate meetings and events, including setup and technical support.
  • Escalate complex AV or event issues to senior specialists or vendors as needed.
  • Provide in-person support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Help employees with device setup, account access, and secure remote connectivity.
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused service when working with employees at all levels.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • 1–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
