Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Operations Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for employees across the US and Canada. In this role, you will ensure a smooth, secure, and seamless technology experience, managing hardware, software, and systems support, while driving process improvements and IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT contact for US and Canadian employees, resolving technical issues across hardware, software, networking, and account access.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup, and access management.
- Build and maintain a regional IT ticketing system, defining SLAs, workflows, and documentation to improve employee experience.
- Collaborate with Global IT and cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Finance) to ensure operational alignment and compliance with security policies.
- Manage device lifecycle, software access, system performance monitoring, and proactive technology improvements.
- Enforce IT security protocols, assist with audits, and implement measures to ensure compliance and data protection.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/MacOS troubleshooting, SaaS applications, and networking issues.
- Strong knowledge of identity and device management, cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, MDMs, SSO/SAML), and IT ticketing systems.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach, with experience supporting remote or hybrid teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and build scalable IT processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams or fast-growing SaaS organizations.
