Job Summary

We are currently looking for an IT Support Desk Manager in the United States. In this role, you will lead the technology support operations, ensuring seamless IT service delivery and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and managing technical support and endpoint engineering staff.
• Planning, procuring, installing, and maintaining branch technology and software.
• Overseeing service providers and IT partners to ensure system uptime.
• Managing change management processes and chairing the Change Advisory Board.
• Collaborating with internal departments to improve operations and automate workflows.
• Supporting technology budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Staying informed on industry advancements to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field with 6+ years of management or IT experience, OR Associate Degree with 7+ years of equivalent experience, OR 9+ years in engineering/project management or similar IT role.
• Proven experience managing technical support teams and IT operations.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and service desk operations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality results.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet travel requirements for on-site visits.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
