That’s why we’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst who can bring data to life and make it flow effortlessly across the business. We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates from a technology university with a strong foundation in data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI.
• Support sales and marketing teams by distributing basic reports and providing data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.
• Ensure data quality by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies or errors.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX for advanced data analysis and visualization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization.
• Basic understanding of SQL principles and querying databases.
• Familiarity with ETL processes is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and DAX for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.

Bonus points for

• Experience with Excel VBA macros.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with Sales Force.
