Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow strategic accounts within the energy and infrastructure sector, contributing directly to revenue and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new accounts and expand business within existing client portfolios.
  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and close deals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing individual needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and report on account status and transactions.
  • Set, track, and achieve sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies for market share growth.
  • Participate in regular business reviews covering sales, collections, stock, and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institution.
  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with value-selling or solution-selling expertise; experience in paints, coatings, or energy/infrastructure sectors is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and computer applications.
  • Understanding of business practices, profit & loss analysis, regulatory requirements, tender processes, and sales contracts.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and contribute effectively to team initiatives.
