Job Summary

This position is for Lead Systems Engineer to join the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) organization at Boeing India Engineering and Technology Center, Bangalore. In this role, you will lead Mandates & Safety activities, overseeing system architecture, design, development of system-level requirements, verification, validation, and support for FAA and EASA certification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert in two or more aircraft systems (e.g., Avionics, FMS, Displays, Radio/Comm, SATCOM, Flight Controls) with certification expertise.
  • Lead hazard identification, risk analysis, and mitigation to meet safety and operational goals.
  • Verify system designs against FAA, EASA, and other certification standards; develop certification basis.
  • Drive implementation of new technologies (e.g., Sustainability, SAF).
  • Lead and approve stage gate reviews.
