Job Summary

Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening a vacancy of Logistics Specialist in Kyiv.

Key Responsibilities

• Import of spare parts.
• Full support of inbound supply chain (trucks and avia).
• Outbound shipments to Partners.
• Registration, maintenance of orders, control over their execution in NERP, outbound supply chain.
• Posting and control of payments for logistics services.
• Maintaining repair and scrap stock.
• Work with existing and potential carriers (concluding contracts, providing tenders for transportations, ordering deliveries etc.).
• Work with 3PLs (warehouses), inventory controlling maintaining and solving customer claims.
• Preparation of reports on logistics services.

Requirements

• 3+ year of relevant experience (Logistics Specialist, Customer Care Specialist, Logistics Operations, Supply Chain Specialist) from Retail, FMCG, Electronics, Finance.
• Excel advanced, SAP S/4 HANA, ERP.
• Strong intermediate English (spoken incl.).
• Completed high education in logistics, economic, tech, engineering or equivalent.
