Job Summary
The primary role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to provide competent & effective Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance support to the Plant and Facility operations in a SAFE manner. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining, adjusting, and repairing plant machinery to meet industry standards while ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies, including but not limited to USDA, OSHA, FDA, EPA, SQF, and Local Governments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining, adjusting & repairing plant machinery to meet industry standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (USDA, OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Problem solve & delegate (complete PMs)
- Use manufacturing machinery (forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.)
- Partner with Sanitation + Quality
Required Qualifications
- Warehouse/Manufacturing (leadership) experience
- Food/Beverage front line (leadership) experience
- Maintenance/machinery operator
- PLC experience
