Job Summary
The Manager, Electrical Technical Operations is responsible for all electrical and maintenance for the Disney Adventure and other vessels within the Asia & Pacific region. This role will manage the Marine Electrical Technical Operations technical team as assigned, including personnel development aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned shipboard marine electrical engineering and machinery automation systems upkeep and performance.
- Assist in the development and planning of key maintenance periods in line with the vessels planned operational profile.
- Appoint and manage subcontractors to deliver contract maintenance and repairs on time and within approved budgets.
- Review, adjust and introduce procedures and work instructions for areas of responsibility.
- Ensure proper record keeping is maintained and that Classification and Regulatory compliance is adhered to.
You will report to the Director, Marine & Technical Operations in Singapore.
