Job Summary

The Manager, Experiential Programs is responsible for the development and stewardship of opportunities and programs that enhance the overall experience for girls participating in various experiential programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify key tactics to advance engagement of girl scouts and their families
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as marketing and fund development
  • Maintain a future-focused vision and data-informed understanding of member interests
  • Manage projects as needed for program delivery
  • Represent the interests, projects, and voice of the Girl Scout experience cross-functionally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, youth development, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years managing non-formal education programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships and work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Functional knowledge of Office 365 or similar suites
