Key Responsibilities

• You will be the functional administrator for Oracle’s Enterprise Data Management Cloud module responsible for all financial master data / chart of accounts elements that is maintained within the system and be the subject matter expert on all chart of accounts elements.
• You will partner with Corporate Planning and Accounting to define how the data in EDMCS should be structured and governed from a global perspective.
• You will engage across the businesses including different divisions and international markets to determine any updates to financial master data/chart of accounts elements.
• You will be the central point of contact for all divisions and markets on any financial master data questions.
• You will manage and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial master data elements.
• You will monitor compliance with any master data governance structures.
• You can quickly understand and align with our approach to master data classification, including how we’ve structured key data elements, and can effectively support and build upon our efforts.
• You will act as the bridge between business data owners and IT system admins — ensuring data is created, approved, and delivered in time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Comfortable working in an IT system such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, etc.
• Prior Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience in Finance / Accounting a plus.
• Background or project experience with master data management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple divisions and international markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to evolve with changes in the role.
