Job Summary

You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and delivering innovative solutions that meet our customers’ needs while aligning with the overall strategy of the organization. Your contributions will directly impact product engagement and satisfaction, fostering growth within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and articulate the product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Continuously evaluate industry trends and customer feedback.
• Serve as the voice of the customer during product decision-making.
• Achieve consensus among stakeholders to prioritize backlog.
• Translate solution ideas into actionable execution plans.
• Drive analysis for buy-build-partner decisions.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements for launches.
• Manage vendor relationships and define deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with legal and brand standards.
• Triage and resolve production incidents collaboratively.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in innovation and development with limited resources.
• Banking experience preferred with a focus on credit risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
