Job Summary

As Manager, Sourcing – Sustainability, you will play an essential role in integrating our sustainability principles and practices into the sourcing practices and supply base.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders in the development and execution of Arc’teryx’s supply chain environmental impact programs.
• Connecting our sustainability goals, objectives and KPIs with overall business objectives and sourcing strategies.
• Establishing, coaching and guiding a high-performing team to achieve our sustainability goals.
• Identifying and evaluating suppliers based on sustainability criteria.
• Developing relationships with suppliers to implement sustainability initiatives.
• Supporting Vendor Sourcing on researching and identifying suppliers with good sustainability practices.
• Collaborating with Sustainability Team and other internal stakeholders to develop sustainable procurement policies.
• Establishing key performance indicators to measure sustainability performance of suppliers.
• Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in sustainability performance.

Requirements

• Candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong.
