Job Summary

The Marketing Communications Lead is a strategic leader and people manager within our fast-growing, diverse business unit. This role is critical to driving the success of marketing initiatives by leading the development and execution of integrated communications strategies that deliver consistent, compelling, and timely messaging across multiple brands, therapeutic areas, programs, and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of segment-specific communications plans and programs that drive business and marketing success.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing MarCom team focused on delivering strategic and tactical excellence.
• Ensure all communications touchpoints align with segment and brand strategies, maintaining consistent and appropriate messaging across channels and portfolios.
• Provide strategic counsel to Marketing.

• Proven experience managing, mentoring, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality communications and achieve business objectives.
• Ability to define and drive forward-looking communications strategies aligned with business goals.
• Deep understanding of the full spectrum of communications disciplines and solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
