Job Summary

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Wraps, trims, stocks cases, and receives merchandise in the Meat and/or Seafood Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner.
• Assists customers by escorting them to products, loading or unloading heavy items, and taking customer orders.
• Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Wraps, weighs, and labels product.
• Stocks cases or rotates product.
• Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress.
• Reports to work when scheduled and on time.

Requirements

• Ability to provide friendly, helpful service to customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures.
