Job Summary

The Medical Director will oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care for patients with obesity while leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate performance by tracking provider access and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Represent the rights of both providers and patients.
• Support the Regional Senior Medical Director in operational procedures and protocols.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to clinical staff.
• Drive clinical initiatives and develop new clinical programs.
• Build relationships with providers and stakeholders.
• Participate in educational sessions and networking events.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional materials.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in primary care and metabolic health.
• Ability to see patients ages 16+ for primary care and metabolic health.
• Remote patient care experience.
