Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Specialist. In this role, you will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to engage with clients and provide tailored financial solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively sell and promote financial solutions based on deep understanding of client needs.
• Develop and maintain a consumer client base to facilitate direct sales.
• Ensure efficient delivery of services to clients and direct business flow appropriately.
• Act as a feedback conduit to suggest product improvements and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to enhance advisor interest in financial products.

Requirements

• Proven high performance in a busy sales environment.
• Experience with cold calling and direct sales.
• Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude.
• Solid underwriting experience in residential mortgages (3-5 years).
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in sales/service.
