Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the national sales strategy for MCA and alternative finance products
- Recruit, train, and manage top-producing sales representatives and closers across the country
- Personally close key accounts to set performance benchmarks and drive revenue
- Develop sales systems, playbooks, and KPIs from scratch to optimize team performance
- Collaborate with ownership on compensation structures, scaling strategies, and equity opportunities
- Maintain strong industry relationships and attract top talent to the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of MCA or alternative finance sales experience
- Proven track record as both a top individual producer and hands-on sales leader
- Deep industry network and ability to attract, motivate, and retain high-performing talent
- Strong leadership maturity, grit, and results-driven mindset
- Experience designing and implementing sales processes, playbooks, and performance metrics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
