Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the national sales strategy for MCA and alternative finance products
  • Recruit, train, and manage top-producing sales representatives and closers across the country

  • Develop sales systems, playbooks, and KPIs from scratch to optimize team performance
  • Collaborate with ownership on compensation structures, scaling strategies, and equity opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of MCA or alternative finance sales experience
  • Proven track record as both a top individual producer and hands-on sales leader
  • Deep industry network and ability to attract, motivate, and retain high-performing talent
  • Strong leadership maturity, grit, and results-driven mindset
  • Experience designing and implementing sales processes, playbooks, and performance metrics
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
