Job Summary

Your combination of people skills and network administrator knowledge makes you the team hero, solving one problem after another. What if you could use those skills to improve the technology supporting Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)? We’re looking for a network administrator to build and maintain the infrastructure solutions that meet customer needs and take advantage of cloud capabilities and services to help us maintain ISR capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management.
• Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network.
• Turn metrics into information and articulate their meaning.
• Gain experience in the latest cloud technologies.
• Improve customers’ environment using cloud capabilities and services.
• Sharpen skills in computer programming and scripting languages.

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting IP address issues.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, including SFTP, SMTP, HTTPS, or IP.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience in Network Administration and Support, or 6+ years of experience in Network Administration and Support in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco switches and routers.
• Experience with Aruba switches.
• Knowledge of load balancers.
• Knowledge of cloud networking implementation.
