Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Network Contracting Manager – REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in negotiating and managing hospital and health system agreements that ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in provider networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for hospital and health system contracts, aligning with strategic goals.
• Manage negotiation of rates and terms for provider agreements.
• Prepare contracts, amendments, and rate analyses.
• Facilitate accurate provider setup and contract configuration.
• Develop innovative, value-based approaches for contracting.
• Coordinate with internal departments for contract compliance.
• Act as a subject matter expert on various contracts.
• Recruit providers to ensure network adequacy.
• Ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain relationships with provider executives and internal customers.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of work experience.
• 3-5 years of contracting experience in a managed care setting.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement methodologies.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and value-based reimbursement.
• 5-7 years’ experience in provider recruitment and customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of the managed care industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
