Job Summary
As the Paid Search Lead for North America, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid search programs across Google, Microsoft, and other major search platforms to drive key business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, and manage the execution and optimization of Paid Search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and other major SERPs, including Performance Max, Shopping, and traditional SEM.
- Serve as the subject matter expert at Brooks for all things Paid Search, providing strategic guidance, education, and support across teams and levels of the organization.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with external search agencies, providing clear strategic direction, setting expectations, and ensuring flawless execution of campaigns.
Requirements
- Capable of wearing multiple hats, manipulating data from multiple sources to analyze performance results and providing strategic recommendations to improve paid efficiency and performance.
- A successful candidate will be able to span between being a strategic thinker who can develop long-term plans, to oversee day-to-day execution, ensuring the program is running effectively and smoothly.
