This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Instructional Systems Specialist III in the United States. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of high-quality instructional programs in technical and cybersecurity domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of instructional programs and technical training for military and civilian students.
- Conduct task analyses and create master instructional plans, workbooks, and instructor guides.
- Develop and modify multi-media and computer-based training using tools such as Articulate 360 and Vyond.
- Apply Agile/SCRUM methodologies in the creation and deployment of training materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training programs meet performance objectives.
- Conduct IT systems training for pre-deployment and end-user audiences.
- Provide input to government acquisition products and support business development activities, including proposal documentation.
- Analyze business processes, define training metrics, and develop resource-loaded schedules in Microsoft Project.
Requirements
- Active secret clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 13 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in training acquisition, instructional design, and technical training development.
- Proficiency with Articulate 360, Vyond, JIRA, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong ability to develop and analyze business processes, training policies, and resource requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in matrix or team-based environments.
- Ability to conduct training classes and support business development efforts as needed.
