Job Summary
The Partner Manager will drive engagement, adoption, and satisfaction by equipping partners with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to maximize platform value.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with a portfolio of agency and strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive partner engagement and platform adoption through tailored enablement programs, training sessions, and workshops.
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve challenges, align priorities, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Translate partner feedback, usage data, and performance metrics into actionable insights to support retention and expansion.
- Lead regular business reviews to highlight value delivered, performance outcomes, and optimization opportunities.
- Promote new features, best practices, and self-service tools to increase partner proficiency and independence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on content strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and partner-facing resources.
- Represent the organization in webinars, virtual events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen relationships and visibility.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Background in AdTech, MarTech, digital media, or a related technology-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in training delivery, public speaking, and workshop facilitation.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into clear, value-focused recommendations.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of agency workflows and campaign lifecycle management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, solutions, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce or Google Analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment while balancing efficiency and quality.
