This is a high-trust, on-site role based at our Petaling Jaya HQ, where you’ll handle both personal and logistical matters that keep the Chairman fully supported. From daily routines and family arrangements to travel, errands, and personal events, you’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes – helping him stay focused, prepared, and balanced.
While the primary focus is on personal life management, you may occasionally support business-related executive assistant tasks when time allows.

What will you do
- Manage the Chairman’s personal calendar, appointments, errands, and family-related matters
- Coordinate both personal and business travel, transport, and accommodations
- Handle day-to-day logistics such as meals, deliveries, and reservations
- Run personal errands and coordinate with household vendors or service providers
- Arrange gifts, celebrations, and family or personal events
- Liaise professionally with family members, external contacts, and personal networks
- Track personal payments, claims, renewals, and manage documentation
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Be available on-site daily at HQ, with flexibility to assist during off-hours when required
- Occasionally assist with EA-related tasks (e.g., meeting prep, follow-ups) when bandwidth allows
