This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a PMO Director in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing Project Management Office overseeing complex, client-facing initiatives across B2B, EDI, and analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
  • Oversee delivery of multiple concurrent client projects, including B2B/EDI integrations and analytics initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce standardized project management methodologies, tools, and metrics.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and project financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Act as a senior client-facing escalation point, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project health, risks, and resource allocation, implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Continuously improve processes and operational practices across the project portfolio.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project/program management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex project portfolios with successful outcomes.
  • Experience with EDI, B2B integrations, or technical onboarding projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to operational discipline and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment.
