Job Summary
As a low-code/no-code solution engineer, you know how to harness the latest technologies by developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients. We’re looking for an experienced solution engineer like you to support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex functional and technical requirements into custom design and develop Microsoft Power Platform-based applications.
- Create engaging customer experiences using low-code development technologies that leverage the modern experience in SharePoint online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Support the project and tech lead in developing plans, estimations, and code and design reviews.
- Work on projects that meet challenges in Public Health, collaborating with your team to build automated business processes within Dynamics and sites in SharePoint and M365.
- Apply expertise in web development best practices to ensure accessibility for all users.
- Help translate clients’ IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with low-code, configuration-first business application development.
- Experience delivering Microsoft Power BI reports, dashboards, and integrations with complex datasets.
- Experience implementing Microsoft Power Platform projects.
- Experience building model-driven and canvas Power Apps.
- Experience designing and implementing Power Automate and Azure Data flows.
- Experience with Dataverse, including design, data modeling, and security.
- Experience with the Agile development process.
- Knowledge of Power Platform architectural best practices, design principles, administration, and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice If You Have
- Experience with SharePoint development and migration.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages, including JSON and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of modern DevOps tools, including content repositories, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Ability to analyze time and effort estimation of design and development work to support sprint planning.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification.
