This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Power Quality and UPS Solutions Sales and Business Development Representative in the United States. This role is a national-facing commercial position focused on accelerating growth for power quality and mission-critical UPS solutions. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base, developing new revenue channels, and strengthening long-term partnerships across diverse industries. Combining deep technical understanding with consultative sales expertise, you will engage customers through a service-oriented, relationship-driven approach. The environment is performance-focused, customer-centric, and highly collaborative, offering autonomy and visibility. This is a remote role with meaningful impact on business growth and market presence. Success in this position directly influences reliability and resilience outcomes for customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth by identifying, developing, and closing new client and account opportunities for power quality and UPS solutions
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through a consultative, service-oriented sales approach
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts strategically and consistently
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, translating technical and operational needs into effective solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert on power quality technologies, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Develop new sales channels and reseller partnerships aligned with evolving market demands
- Represent the brand with professionalism and technical credibility, positioning solutions as leaders in reliability and resilience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a technical discipline considered a strong plus
- Approximately 10 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within mission-critical power systems or UPS solutions
- Proven track record of successfully developing and growing major accounts over time
- Strong technical aptitude combined with excellent consultative and solution-selling capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for customers internally
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working remotely with the ability to travel as required

- Competitive annual compensation range of $110,000 to $170,000, inclusive of commission earnings
