Job Summary
As a Principal Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, administering, and enhancing employee compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. You will play a key role in ensuring competitiveness and compliance across Japan and the APAC region, while aligning programs with business strategy. You will also be actively involved in promoting the use of AI and other rapidly advancing technologies in business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and/or administers company employee benefits, wellness and compensation programs.
- Responsible for direct or functional control over job evaluation and wage and salary administration programs, including all incentive plans.
- Responsible for keeping abreast of trends and developments in the area of employee benefits and recommending nature and timing of benefit plan improvements.
- May prepare and deliver employee communication and training programs.
Requirements
- Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty.
- Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.
