In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution for a high-impact product line in the dental industry, driving both physical and digital product experiences. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, design, and marketing teams. Your work will directly influence market share growth, customer adoption, and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for removable dental products, ensuring seamless alignment across physical and digital workflows.
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive market share growth, adoption, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, manufacturing, and marketing teams to implement innovative product features.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Partner with ML/AI and robotics teams to accelerate product development and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Define, track, and report on key performance metrics for product performance, user satisfaction, and market objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in product management, strategy, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, materials science, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for user experience and customer-centric product development.
- Deep understanding of product development processes.
Bonus Points
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
- Experience working with ML/research teams.
- Familiarity with dental or healthcare industries.
- Knowledge of removable dental prosthetics (full or partial dentures).
- Understanding of CAD/CAM systems or digital manufacturing processes.
