Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Principal Product Designer in the United States. As a Principal Product Designer, you will lead the evolution of end-to-end product experiences across advanced AI tools, driving both hands-on design work and systems-level thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the overall UX and product experience across AI-driven tools and workflows.
  • Prototype complex interactions and AI workflows using tools like Figma, Cursor, and Framer.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to influence product roadmap and direction.
  • Lead design for complex, ambiguous initiatives while maintaining high standards of visual and interaction design.
  • Mentor and elevate other designers through guidance, feedback, and example.
  • Develop scalable systems, design patterns, and frameworks to unify the product experience.
  • Explore and integrate AI capabilities into user journeys, shaping innovative experiences.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience designing product experiences across multiple platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped, high-quality work at scale.
  • Advanced prototyping skills and comfort working in code alongside design tools.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products or integrating AI into user workflows.
  • Proven ability to mentor other designers and elevate team design standards.
  • Systems-level thinking, including UX, UI, and design infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-disciplinary teamwork skills.
  • Deep understanding of design tools such as Figma, Cursor, and Framer, with proficiency in Dev Mode or similar.
