Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Product Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming e-invoicing solutions for businesses of all sizes, focusing primarily on Brazil and the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support e-invoicing product development for our global E-Invoicing and Live Reporting solution.
  • Proactively work with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and business needs.
  • Conduct product ideation, defining and prioritizing enhancements to features, functionalities, and country coverage.
  • Perform initial gap analysis of requirements against existing product functionality.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product success.
  • Coordinate research requests with the Content Research team.
  • Analyze updates identified by the Content Research team.
  • Deliver requirements in partnership with Design/UX to enhance products.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products across the organization.
  • Build relationships with trade associations and industry groups to address e-invoicing topics.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-invoicing or tax reporting.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken), especially in international environments.
  • Advanced Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and iterative product development.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and improvements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical and business challenges.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools to identify user behavior patterns.
