Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Fraud and Identity (Remote) in the United States. We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead and grow innovative fraud and identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage products through the full lifecycle, including concept development, software implementation, launch, and enhancement.
- Conduct market, industry, and client research to identify pain points, emerging opportunities, and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, prioritize features, and recommend product enhancements.
- Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps, aligning initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Analyze internal and external fraud data to inform product strategy and improve solutions over time.
- Track performance metrics, monitor operational efficiency, and ensure products meet financial and regulatory objectives.
- Ensure products comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product marketing, with full lifecycle product experience.
- Experience in analytics, financial services, credit risk, enterprise risk, data management, or marketing services.
- Proven ability to develop business and investment cases, manage product-level P&Ls, and drive revenue growth.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across Marketing, Technology, Sales, Client Support, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects and evolving product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a focus on results and client impact.
