Key Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy to optimize support and experience for business customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define the roadmap, prioritize problems, and launch MVPs to validate hypotheses.
- Lead iterative product development using design thinking to enhance user experiences.
- Conduct user research to deeply understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Define, track, analyze, and report key metrics for assigned products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Designers, Engineers, PMs, User Researchers, Marketers, and Account Managers—to align on core user problems and uncover shared opportunities.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and iteration across the product organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading product teams and delivering high-impact solutions in B2B or B2B2C enterprise software.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of articulating concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional, multi-team initiatives with a focus on user-centered design and discovery.
- User-first mindset with an ability to create simple, elegant solutions while navigating ambiguity and technical constraints.
- Experience facilitating technical discussions, understanding APIs, databases, and design concepts.
- Growth-oriented, collaborative, and adept at giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Comfortable in Agile environments and iterative development processes.
- Bonus: interest in AI-driven efficiency, experience in multiple industries or startups, and familiarity with energy or sustainability domains.
