Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Product Manager (IT Managed Services) in Washington. We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead and execute initiatives within a hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, and AI-driven IT managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the tactical product backlog, translating high-level roadmaps into actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering and operations teams.
  • Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews to ensure product development aligns with timelines and scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional product releases, ensuring technical readiness, operational documentation, and internal training are completed on schedule.
  • Act as the primary liaison for feedback from sales, support, and customers to identify gaps and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to produce sales enablement materials, including solution briefs, battle cards, and training resources.
  • Monitor product KPIs (adoption, ticket volume, profitability) and conduct regular analysis of the MSP/MSSP landscape to guide strategic decisions.
  • Support management of key technology partnerships to leverage partner capabilities and ensure differentiated offerings.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer) within B2B technology or IT services.
  • Familiarity with Managed Services Provider (MSP) models, recurring revenue structures, or domains such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data/AI.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing backlogs and roadmaps using agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accountability and self-motivation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed work environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Competitive salary range of $98,800–$135,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Full-time remote role with limited travel (approx. 10–15%).
