Job Summary

This position provides a unique opportunity to support a multi-platform initiative that celebrates and amplifies culturally rooted Hispanic stories of faith through storytelling, music, visual arts, and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate online and in-person meetings, events, and program activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and managing all aspects of program logistics, ensuring smooth operations across multiple components.
  • Develop and prepare program materials, presentations, handouts, guides, and online resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of program meetings, participation, feedback, and outcomes, including financial tracking and contract preparation.
  • Manage internal communication platforms, newsletters, and reporting systems to capture key program metrics and updates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with storytellers, artists, faith leaders, and partner organizations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that align with program goals and organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Arts, Communication, Social Sciences, Ministry, Administration, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination or related roles; 5+ years preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Hispanic cultural storytelling, Christian traditions, and community development.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficient with technology systems and office productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience working with faith-based, arts, or community organizations is highly desirable.
